Prior to shipping your first
order, we will verify your business information. New York companies
must furnish a copy of your Certificate of Authority from the
New York State Department of Taxation and Finance at the time
you place your initial order.

CUSTOMER LOYALTY PROGRAM:
Each product in our regular catalog has been assigned a
point value. The more you buy, the more points you
will earn. You
will earn 1 point for any item that is less that $10,
2 points for products valued between $10 & $15, 3 points
for $15 to $20 and onwards in $5 increments. You will always
be able
to see your accumulated total by clicking on My Account
and then selecting Redeem Points. When you have earned 1000
points,
redeem them and you will receive a Gift Certificate in
the amount of $250 that you may use for product, shipping,
and/or
handling costs. You don't even have to spend it all at
once, as it will
be valid for a year. Points are not earned on any purchases
from the Hot Deals or Sample Categories.

INTERNATIONAL
ORDERS:
At
this time we are only accepting on-line orders for destinations
in the United States of America. Please note that there
are some restrictions on shipping Fragrance items by air.

we are more than happy to accept orders for shipment
to Canada, we cannot as yet process those orders on-line.
Please be assured that this is a temporary situation
and will be resolved shortly. In the meantime, for service
to Canada, please submit a completed Reseller's
Application form. Once we have received your form,
we will email you an ID, a link to the site, and instructions
on how to place an order.
