ADDRESS CHANGES for EXISTING CUSTOMERS:

If your business moves, it is the responsibility of the customer to contact Belcam.biz with updated address information. In addition to entering the change into your Account record, you should notify us of any change by e-mail or call a customer representative to update your records. If you are placing an order and have not previously contacted Belcam.biz with your new information, you MUST note you have a new address in the message box at the end of your order. Please type"NEW ADDRESS" in the communication box at the end of your order so we will note the changes. (PLEASE DO NOT just submit an order with a new address, you must ALERT us to this important change to avoid shipping delays and errors.

Belcam is not responsible for orders sent to incorrect address. Packages returned do to wrong address information will be subject to up to $12.00 per carton wrong address charge imposed by the freight carrier making the return. Any Non-Authorized Return of a shipment will be at customer's expense.

CHANGING or CANCELING an ORDER:

Once you click the Complete Purchase button, our fulfillment process begins. If your order has not yet shipped, we are happy to accommodate any changes you would like to make. Please be advised there is a 20% or $20.00 (whichever is greater) restocking fee on orders canceled after being picked yet stopped before being shipped. We pride ourselves on fast shipping, therefore, if your order has been shipped, we can not make changes or cancellations.

All sales are final. Credit is not allowed on worn or misused products. Restocking charges of 20% and all return shipping expenses will be applied to all returns where Belcam.biz is not at fault. Please note that any unauthorized return will be refused, so make sure you have a RA#.

DROP SHIPPING:

We do not provide Drop-Shipping service. We only ship wholesale orders directly to you, our customer, at the Ship to Address you provide when you place your order.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:

At this time we are only accepting on-line orders for destinations in the United States of America. Please note that there are some restrictions on shipping Fragrance items by air. Please see the section "Shipping Restrictions" for further information.

While we are more than happy to accept orders for shipment to Canada, we cannot as yet process those orders on-line. Please be assured that this is a temporary situation and will be resolved shortly. In the meantime, for service to Canada, please submit a completed Reseller's Application form. Once we have received your form, we will email you an ID, a link to the site, and instructions on how to place an order.

LEADTIME = Processing Time + Shipping Time

It is the amount of time between the time you place your order and the time it is actually delivered to you door.

Processing Time:

Orders received by 8:00 a.m. (Eastern Standard Time) Monday through Thursday usually ship within 48 hours and 98% of all orders ship within three business days. Your initial order may take 24 hours longer. Please note that our Shipping department picks and packs orders from Monday to Friday, so weekend and holiday orders may take longer to ship. We hire additional helpers during the holiday season so our lead time is the same all year round. If we expect any delay in processing your order past these estimates we will contact you within 24 hours of order placement.

MINIMUM ORDER SIZE:

The minimum order amount is $100. We do accept orders below that amount, however there will be a $10.00 handling charge added to your bill.

OUT OF STOCK ITEMS & BACKORDERS:

Generally, all items are in stock and ready to shipped unless otherwise noted on the product page. Products that are out of stock and not expected to be restocked within 48 hours of the receipt of your order will be deleted. If the removal of an out of stock item causes your order to drop below the minimum, the $10.00 service charge will NOT be assessed. We do not process Backorders. As you are making payment at the time you submit your order, an immediate credit to your credit card or PayPal account will be issued for any goods (and the related freight cost) that we are unable to ship. You will be notified by email of any such occurrence.

ORDER HISTORY:

If you have logged in, you can access your Belcam.biz Order History through your account profile. Select "My Account", and when the "Customer Service" page is displayed, click on the first option "Review Previous Orders. You will be taken to the Order Summery page which lists all of your Belcam.biz orders and details order date, order number, ship-to and order total. Select the order you wish to view by clicking on the specific order number. You will then be shown all of the order detail – merchandise items, options chosen, and shipping information details. Simply print out the details using your browser's print function to obtain a hard copy of your order.

ORDERING & SHIPPING CONFIRMATION:

You will be notified by e-mail that your order has been received, you will also receive confirmation of your payment through PayPal, and confirmation from us at the time your order ships.

All payments will be processed through PayPal. You do not have to be a PayPal member to process a credit card payment.

All pricing at Belcam.biz is in US funds. PayPal lets you send money, without opening a currency balance, in the following currencies: Canadian Dollar, Euro, Pound Sterling, U.S. Dollar, Yen, and Australian Dollar. On the Payment Details page, they will show you the current exchange rate and the equivalent amount in your Primary Currency. When you pay, they handle the conversion for you.

PROMOTION CODES:

From time to time Belcam.biz will offer product promotions and specials. These will always be displayed in the "New Products, Best Sellers and Promotions" Product Category. Each program will have a name or code that your will enter prior to Check Out to claim the associated pricing discounts, coupons, or gift certificates. REAL-TIME SHIPPING RATES

We offer a wide selection of shipping methods, however, please note that all Freight and Shipping costs are paid for by you, the customer. The Shipping Costs shown are provided directly by the carriers themselves and are calculated based on the final destination, shipping method, actual weight and number of packages to be shipped. Although the default method shows as FedEx, you may also choose from UPS and USPS. At CHECKOUT, you will be prompted to select a shipping method and carrier. Once you have done this you will see the actual cost that you will be billed for freight when you make you payment.

The shipping rates shown are the base rates for each of the carriers listed. Your business may already have an account with one of these carriers or another, that allows you discounted rates based on your business volumes and if this is so, you may use your own carrier and ship by Freight Collect method. Please note that if you want to use the Freight Collect method, you will be asked to furnish us with the Carrier's Name, a contact phone number for service in New York State, and your account number. This information must be entered into our secure Customer and Shipping Information form.

RETURNS:

If you receive merchandise in error, have a claim for defective merchandise, or have a shortage claim, please contact our office immediately by e-Mail. Upon receipt of your e-Mail, we will issue a Return Authorization number (RA#). Your returned merchandise must be received at our warehouse within 30 days of the date that the RA# is issued to you. The RA# must be clearly marked on the outside of each carton to be accepted by our warehouse. Unauthorized returns will be refused. Once the shipment is received and processed, we will issue credit for the returned merchandise to your credit card or PayPal account.

As soon as you receive your order from Belcam.biz, carefully inspect your products. Any damages or shortage must be reported to Belcam.biz within 3 days of arrival. (NO EXCEPTIONS). If your order sustains damage in transit, you will need to keep the original packaging to be inspected by the carrier for a claim. You must claim any transit damage through the shipping carrier. All packages are insured for the full value of the contents.

We understand that ordering over the Internet is just a bit different than being able to touch the product in person. Sometimes a photo isn't the exact representation of an item. Most of the products in our Bath & Body line can be purchased as Samples and with some rules and restrictions, samples are offered at wholesale pricing.

SALES TAX COLLECTION:

Only those businesses with New York State Shipping Addresses will be charged the 8% state and local sales tax, however if you are a business here in New York and fax us a copy of your Certificate of Authority from the New York State Department of Taxation and Finance, prior to placing your order , we will update your customer profile so you will not have to pay the State tax. SAMPLES:

When you order from Belcam.biz, you don't have to worry about receiving quality products. However, as everyone's preferences and needs are different, we suggest that to ensure that you are completely happy with our products, you should consider purchasing samples prior to placing a large bulk order.

Most of our products can be purchased as samples under the following conditions:

· Full-sized samples are available at wholesale prices.

· Click on the "see more" link immediately below any product image to verify that samples of that product may be purchased.

· Samples are ordered under a different SKU number. The easiest way to select items for your sample order is by entering through the Samples Category portal on our Shop Online page.

· You may not order more than one piece of any product. Many of our products come in multiple fragrances. You are welcome to place orders for different fragrances of the same product.

· Sample products are excluded from all Rewards programs.

· If there is an item that is not offered in the sampling program, you may contact us by email to express your interest.

· Refunds are not allowed for sample orders where Belcam.biz is not at fault.

SHIPPING METHODS:

Shipping charges, required taxes, and/or duties if applicable will be calculated in the Shopping Cart for your review, convenience and security so that you know what you will be charged before completing your order. You have the option of choosing your carrier from UPS, FedEx Ground or USPS. The rates applied are all transmitted directly from the individual carriers themselves. There is also a large variety of service levels available with each of these carriers. You may also elect to ship Freight Collect but you will have to provide your carrier account details if you want to do this. Exceptionally large shipments may be shipped by common carrier, but arrangements must be made in advance with our Traffic department. All orders ship from our manufacturing facility in Rouses Point, New York. Please review the information provided in the Real-Time Shipping Rates section.

SHIPPING RESTRICTIONS:

Perfumes and Colognes are considered Hazardous Goods; therefore there are restrictions on shipping any Fragrances by air. This means that should you purchase a Fragrance product it must be shipped by ground service and may only be sent to destinations in the continental US and Canada. FedEx does provide limited service by air but there are significant surcharges. Please contact info@belcam.biz should you require more information.
